We will contact you within 24 hours. *After submitting the form, we will send you a formal quotation by email. If you are satisfied with the contents, we will send you instructions on how to place an order and make a payment.

Order
1. Payment confirmation
After agreeing to the quote, please make payment.
2. Product arrangement and shipping
After payment is confirmed, the product will be purchased and shipped. It may take several days depending on the supplier.
3. Shipping notification
After shipping, you will be notified of the tracking number by email. Delivery may take 7 to 14 business days.

Shipping
1. Shipping begins after product arrangements are complete.
Once the product arrives at our company, it will be inspected and packaged.
2. Preparing for overseas shipping
The contents will be checked and handed over to the international delivery company.
3. Notification of shipping completion
Once shipping is complete, you will receive an email with the delivery company's information.
Service Fee Details

At Silvalink, our service fee is calculated based on the total product price (excluding shipping and other fees).

If the total product price is $69 or less, a flat service fee of $10 will be charged.

If the total product price exceeds $70, no service fee will be charged.

This fee covers all necessary services, including purchasing, coordination, temporary storage, and packaging.
